EXPO REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN MAY
3-Day Expo & Fiesta will be indoors in the newly renovated Tucson Convention Center
Cyclists from across the country and around the world roll into Downtown Tucson to meet and greet with fellow cyclists and interact with exhibitors at the three day El Tour Expo & Fiesta. This indoor and outdoor expo is the place for cyclists to interact with exhibitors from national bicycle manufacturers to local businesses to showcase the latest bicycles, accessories and apparel. Merchandise sales, product demos, giveaways, panels, contests — it’s all at the Expo. There is also music and entertainment, local food vendors, a beer garden, packet pick-up and rider meetings. Free and open to the public

All Food Booth will be coordinated by the Tucson Convention Center. If you are interested in vending food at the event, please contact Greg.Carra@tucsonaz.gov at the Tucson Convention Center. The TCC will have opportunities for certain food and drink vendors.
Booths are mostly indoors in the Tucson Convention Center’s Exhibition Hall, but there are also outdoor designated space surrounding the Tucson Convention Center. A table and 2 chairs are included. Tents not included but available for rental. Additional tables and chairs also available for rental.
Insurance Requirements
Exhibitors and, or any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives shall carry and maintain Commercial General Liability with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate and name El Tour de Tucson, its agents, and employees as Additional Insureds. Such insurance shall cover Perimeter Bicycling Association of America/El Tour de Tucson for all periods of time in which the Exhibitor is participating in or occupying space on the premises of the El Tour de Tucson’s Expo event and/or moving in or out of the booth space. Exhibitor shall provide El Tour de Tucson a certificate of insurance showing the scope and limits of the event coverage no later than November 1, 2023. Failure to provide evidence of insurance for the Exhibitor shall be considered a breach of this Contract and Exhibitor shall forfeit its booth fees, booth space and its right to participate in the El Tour de Tucson’s Expo event.

What is the El Tour Casino del Sol Expo & Fiesta?
For three days, over 9,000 El Tour de Tucson participants, as well as the general public and spectators, interact with exhibitors, from big brands to local shops. Merchandise sales, product demos, giveaways, panels, contests — it’s all at the Expo.

If you earned platinum designation, you must attend one of these meetings to get the pass that allows you to line up in the platinum corral.
