Long Realty will once again be at Zona; come say hello at Aid Station 1

You’ll see several great people at El Tour de Zona in southern Arizona this weekend. Fewer are better than our aid station personal, working the routes where cyclists can enjoy goodies and good will.

One of our loyal ones is Long Realty, who has been with us since the start of Zona a few years ago. They’ve gone from volunteers at the event to now a sponsor with an aid station. They have an office in Sierra Vista so they know the landscape.

“We’re excited to support Tour de Zona,” said Kevin Kaplan, CEO of Long Realty.  “it’s a great event. I’m excited that we can elevate our efforts and do more than we have in the past. It should be a fun event.”

They will beat Aid station 1.

Long Realty will have a team of eight, meeting and greeting the nearly 500 cyclists who will be in Sierra Vista, Bisbee and Tombstone on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What a great way to celebrate Long’s 100^th year in business.

“We’re doing a lot more community events to help celebrate that milestone,” Kaplan said. “And it’s important to be out in the community.”

He’ll be there as well helping out and will ride to Tombstone on Sunday to help culminate the weekend. He’ll “representing” his Long Realty team on Sunday in that bright yellow jersey.

He’s been a cyclist for 20 years, riding off road, mountain biking and road biking.
