Nova Home Loans: All About Community and giving back; participating in El Tour in so many ways
Nova Home Loans knows the importance of community. It’s important to them because it’s important to you.
It’s a reason why Nova Home Loans is visible in Tucson and beyond. One of the many ways to get to know Nova is through El Tour de Tucson, an event that has long been near and dear to Nova.
“Being part of this significant event aligns with NOVA’s core value of giving back,” said Nathan Baker, VP of Marketing for Nova. “El Tour allows us to connect with the local community, demonstrate our commitment to health and wellness, and support local charities. Our involvement is not just about participation; it’s about making a tangible difference in the lives of those in our community.”
Nova has been with El Tour for several years, sponsoring various endeavors. This year they are the Newsletter sponsor, where El Tour gets the word out to its followers about the event and more.
“Over the years, our efforts have been focused on creating a positive and lasting impact within each of our local communities,” Baker said. “Through various initiatives and sponsorships, we strive to support community growth and well-being. Our long-term commitment to local causes reflects our belief in the importance of building strong, supportive neighborhoods.”
A perfect example of that is its annual event, Mircale en el Barrio, designed to bring joy and support to low-income families during the holiday season. Nova provides toys to hundreds of families, ensuring everyone can experience the magic of the holidays. Their plan this year is to celebrate the 22nd Miracle en el Barrio!
They’ll also be at El Tour in several ways with a booth and by participating in the 5K Run and by riding in the event. They’ll have a team of runners and cyclists.
“Our teams will support the Tucson Boys & Girls Club, a charity that aligns with our mission of community support and development,” Baker said. “We are excited to contribute to the positive impact on local youth programs. By participating in El Tour and supporting local charities, NOVA continues to demonstrate our commitment to the community, health, and well-being, while also addressing the critical issue of home affordability.”
Which, of course, is why they are in the business in the first place and also one of the leaders in the business.
“We understand that achieving homeownership can be challenging, especially in today’s market,” Baker said. “Our programs are designed to provide flexible, tailored solutions to help more people realize their dream of owning a home. Whether it’s through special financing options, down payment assistance, or educational workshops, we are dedicated to making homeownership accessible and affordable for more families and individuals.”
