GROgirlGRO making an impact on girls and young women in Southern Arizona; participating in El Tour again

In an effort to bring together the youth of Tucson and Southern Arizona together, GROgirlGRO is back with El Tour de Tucson this year.

Through mountain biking, hiking and outdoor adventures, this is a non-profit organization with a focus on empowering the girls and young women of Tucson, Vail, and the surrounding areas. They just finished up their third year of empowerment.

They set the standard of getting outside and embracing the outdoors and the beautiful nature of Tucson.

In their girls-only programs, the mission is to increase the belief that young women are capable, strong athletes, and outdoor leaders, while giving back to nature through outdoor experiences.
