The Banner – University Medicine 41st El Tour de Tucson is more than three weeks…
Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation returns to El Tour; lots going on at AMCF with El Tour one of the big events
There’s a lot going on with the Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation (AMCF). They want to see you participate in a number of events in the coming months, including the 41st El Tour de Tucson in November.
First up is the Hope for the Holidays Adopt A Family, which begins on Aug. 1 and runs through Aug. 31.
Then on Nov. 15 it’s hosting the AMCF Tucson Bowl-A-Thon.
There is lots going on at the Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation.
They’d also like you to ride for them in the 41st El Tour. They are part of the event last year, too. Join by clicking here: https://www.bikesignup.com/Race/80091/Charity/27081
They are a group of riders with a range of experience (range meaning a lot to little!) that have committed to ride 102, 62, or 32 miles in the main event.
Their goal is to raise $20,000 this year.
AMCF is raising money to support local Tucson charities that support our mission of Homeless Intervention. Once again, this year’s beneficiary is the Center of Opportunity.
Register as a rider to join our team and help fundraise to meet our goal! All skill levels are welcome! Invite your co-workers, friends, and family to ride

The Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA)! The AMA believes in giving back to the community through charities that impact our members and their residents. Since 2005, the AMCF Big Hearts Committee and dedicated members of the AMA have raised over $1.6M to support local and statewide charities.
Members of the AMCF Big Hearts Committee host annual fundraising events such as the Bowl-A-Thon, Car Raffle, Silent Auction, Dollar-A-Door campaign and more.
Its mission is to enhance the lives of community members through the cultivation of opportunities and financial resources that address homelessness, support education, and inspire hope in our neighborhoods, while providing a philanthropic network for our AMA members to improve their own lives while positively impacting Arizona.
