Longtime El Tour nonprofit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona returns

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona will once again partner with El Tour de Tucson for this year’s annual race, continuing a longtime relationship built around supporting children and strengthening the Southern Arizona community.

For more than 60 years, the organization has believed that every child has incredible potential. Since 1963, Big Brothers Big Sisters has connected children, known as “Littles,” with caring adult mentors, known as “Bigs,” to build meaningful relationships that provide guidance, encouragement and support.

As one of El Tour’s longtime nonprofit partners, Big Brothers Big Sisters relies on the awareness and funds raised by participating cyclists to continue matching children with mentors and supporting those relationships. Every dollar raised stays in the Southern Arizona community, helping provide children with the resources and relationships they need to thrive.

This year, riders can turn every mile into an opportunity to help with the potential of a child and help create a lasting impact in their community.
